A citywide initiative that encourages everyone to complete 30 minutes of activity over 30 days, also known as the Dubai 30×30 Fitness Challenge (DFC). Launched by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, DFC aims to inspire a fitness-focused lifestyle and build stronger, more active communities.

When does the Dubai Fitness Challenge take place?

How do I register for this challenge?

What counts as 30 minutes of activity?

Any movement that increases your heart rate counts towards your 30×30 goal. Here are some fun ways to squeeze in your daily 30 minutes:

1) Walk, Run or Jog
