Returning to Sheikh Zayed Road, the Dubai Run is the flagship event of the Dubai Fitness Challenge and is free for all participants. Choose between 5 km and 10 km routes passing landmarks such as the Museum of the Future and the Burj Khalifa, surrounded by thousands of fellow runners.

The Course of Public Prosecution (15th November)

Trail and Endurance Challenges

1 Last Position (2And November)

Debuting in the UAE, this 12-hour trail race takes place in Hatta and is inspired by ultramarathons like the Backyard Ultra, which really test your endurance. Runners tackle as many 7.4km loops as possible within 12 hours, conquering 285m of elevation gain and loss on each lap.

How to Prepare for Your Run

1) Be Prepared with the Right Equipment

  • Choose running clothes such as shorts, leggings, tank tops, and others that allow you to move freely and absorb sweat
  • Invest in running shoes that fit well and match your stride and distance goals with comfort and durability.
  • Don’t overlook accessories like socks, hats and sunglasses.
  • Use a running watch to track speed, distance and progress.
