What is the Development Hub at FM 24 Mobile?

Development Hub is a feature in Football Manager Mobile where you can monitor the development of the players on your team in one menu.

This feature has actually been around since FM 23 Mobile. This Development Hub feature will make it easier for you to organize things such as training, mentoring, squad management, and the development of young players.

There will also be several comments and suggestions given by your Assistant Manager in the Overview tab later.

How to View the Development Hub Menu on FM 24 Mobile

You can see the Development Hub menu in the following way:

1. Choose Club Logo Icon on the menu tab on the left of your smartphone screen.
2. Select a section Development Center.

Existing Sections in the FM 24 Mobile Development Hub

There are several sections in the Development Hub, each of which has a different menu display and different functions.

This Development Hub consists of the Overview, Training, Mentoring, Squad Management, Loan Progress, Youth Development and Youth Squad menus.

Training

This menu functions to manage the training program for your players in the team. Here you can provide a training program for each of your players by arranging the training based on their position, the focus of the attributes you want to train, and the intensity of the training.

You can filter to provide training to your players based on their playing position such as Goalkeepers, Defenders, Midfielders, and Attackers.

• Mark: The value of the player’s training performance
• Progress: Player training development

Mentoring

If you want to accelerate the development of young players quickly then you can take advantage of the mentoring feature.

In this mentoring menu, you can ask your senior players to become mentors for your young players. Usually, if you can choose the right mentor for one of the young players on the team then some of the young player’s attributes can develop well and quickly.

You can choose a partnership mentor according to your own choice or you can also choose based on recommendations from your assistant manager.

Troop Management

In squad management, you can manage which players you want to include in the transfer list or loan list on one screen. This squad management menu will make it easier for you to manage which players you sell or lend.

You can also see several information such as player position, player status, and the player’s market value. There is also an advice column which is advice from your assistant manager on which players you need to sell or loan.

Loan Progress

This menu will show all your players who are on loan to other clubs. You can monitor your players who are on loan.

You can see several statistics such as number of appearances, goals, assists, average rating and performance grade. Of course, the Loan Progress menu can make it easier for you to review the progress of players who are on loan.

Youth Development

This menu is a place where the academy players on your team will become candidates for promotion to the first team. Later, on a predetermined date, several young players (regen) will appear, each of whom has different attribute abilities and potential ratings.

Here, your coaching team will provide comments on all the young players. Usually there will be one player who is recommended by one of your coaching teams that this player has high potential.

Youth Team

This menu is a more detailed menu to show the Youth Candidates on your team.

You can see their respective positions along with information in the form of statistics about how they played in the youth team before they were given a professional contract. You can also see the potential of the players in this menu.
